Google Workspace accounts are great for users within a company because they give you the benefits of using a Google account within the specifics of your company, but trying to use it as a regular Google account has some interesting results. While they're technically just another Google account, it's weird in some ways. One of them is Google Assistant support. Google Assistant for Work Accounts has additional work-related features that integrate into your workspace, but it's been a popular mistake compared to regular Google Accounts. And even then, you can't use it on displays and speakers. Today, that is changing. The latest update to Google Workspace adds support for Google Assistant on smart displays like the Google Nest Hub, as well as smart speakers like the Google Nest Audio and other Assistant-enabled smart speakers.
Previously, it was only available on Android Brazil Phone Number smartphones , which means that Workspace users could not use these devices, which are closely integrated with Google Assistant. You can also take full advantage of the work-related features that are unique to Workspace users, such as calling a meeting, sending an email to a colleague or checking your calendar, and other Assistant features. Support for smart displays and speakers was previously available, but it was still in beta. It is now fully available to all Workspace users.
Workspace administrators should enable Search and Assistant for these devices to ensure users can access work data through Assistant. If administrators enable home devices, they can also specify whether the device should authenticate using Voice Match or Face Match. Overall, Assistant support in Workspace accounts should allow users to have a more complete experience when using their account in the Google hardware ecosystem.Google Wear smartwatches have long been held back by legacy Qualcomm SoCs, but according to a new rumor, the new Samsung Galaxy Watch4 series will not face this issue despite running Google's operating system.
